Dance with Me, Daddy!

Every little girl has dreams and at one point in her life she played out those dreams with her imagination. When girls are little you see what is happening in their minds as they play with their dolls, pretend in their little kitchens, or play princess. If you put a little girl in a dress, especially a special one, you will see her twirling around. Their is so much beauty in the innocence of a little girl as she twirls those circles that makes us smile and brings us joy. For that moment, she feels beautiful and she is expressing that beauty with delight.
The Father-Daughter dance at Village is a magical evening for Dads and honorary dads to enjoy the innocence, wonder, beauty and delight of our Kindergarten through 6th grade daughters as we twirl around together. This is an evening to connect with your daughter. An evening filled with food, laughter, pictures and dancing. This will be an evening that your little girl will remember for years to come!
We asked a few young women, that are now college-age and beyond, that attended a Father-Daughter Dance in the past what they remembered:
"The Father Daughter dance was probably the highlight of my childhood. It was so fun and I got to feel like a princess for a night. The memories from that have stuck with me for yours and it was just such a precious time that I got to spend with my dad and something I wish I could still do. I loved it!" ~Hannah Thoelke
"I loved getting dressed up and going on a special date with my dad. It was super fun talking to and getting to know other dads and daughters too!" ~ Kalley Johnson
"It was the best because we got to spend the morning getting ready with mother and then the night with father!! It kind of felt like prom. Super fun time to bond with both parents." ~Maggie Emahiser
"It was always so fun to get to dress up and spend quality time with our dads! I also loved getting our pictures taken and of course the chocolate fountain!" - Alaina Johnson
